Something that you might not know about me is that I usually have a low grade anxiety. It’s constant and just something that I’ve learned to sort of ignore as I go about my business… unless it amps up to a stabbing chest pain in times of higher stress.
Yesterday (Aug 24 2010) I had an appointment with Grant Connolly to see if Z-Point would do anything for it. I was amazed that in less than an hour this feeling went from 8/10 to 0/10!
Since this is my first real taste of his work, I’m cautiously optimistic and pleasantly surprised that the process was so effortless. What was more surprising for me, considering the amount of exposure I’ve had to healing modalities, was my unanticipated resistance to the ease of the session.
- No story,
- No tears,
- No drama…
Just some obvious physiological reactions: lessening of abdominal ache and tension, yawning, less fidgetting, at one point my eyes watered a bit… And the perception of a generalized ‘hum’ in my body.
Having lived with this for decades, and considering it somewhat ‘normal’ for me, it’s amazing to feel it missing. Grant is quite confident that it’s gone for good & that IF it does return it’ll be much lesser & just as easy to follow up.

I have been delighted with the results of my training with Grant Connolly to become a Zpoint Practitioner. I love Zpoint because it is so gentle and meditative but the results are profound. Its simplicity belies the energetic shifts that I experience whenever I work with the process.
I do believe ZPoint is the next biggest thing for people to learn. It is powerful, kind and easy. No specific events, no figuring out what the problem is, no analysis, no long term therapy. Just what we need in these stressful times.

Law of Attraction
What do you focus on? How are you supposed to ‘feel’ it? What are the steps, exactly? How does time work with all of this? Limiting beliefs… what limiting beliefs? (I don’t think I have any of those…)
There are so many questions around attraction & manifestation! Nanette walks us through a simple and effective process to generate Personal Flow.
- Write it down
- Surround yourself with a group of supportive people
- Use your emotional feeling
- Amplify what’s working
Seems simple enough… ~ But that’s not all though, there are other factors that affect Your ability to Attract & Manifest:
- Belief systems
- Fears & worry
- Time influences

Since the Fork in the Road from the last update, things are a lot smoother… mostly, for most. However, it is critical to keep moving.
The Stopper is Unplugged
The reason for the change is because when sitting at the Fork in the Road, effectively an “energetic stopper” was in place, but once the choice is made, the flow begins.
A newsletter mention from early August was made of using exercise as ‘… a tool I’m using to work with the current energy patterns.” This is powerful because:
Imagine the energy behind your choice as water. The size of your choice and impact on your life determines what size dam is in place. (Usually a fear.) Energy, like water likes to flow – in fact it is a defining principle for Health.
Time delays in making appropriate choices have 1 of 2 consequences:
- The water / energy dries up or dissipates (= low motivation, lack of creativity, feeling stuck & tired)
- The water / energy builds up (= feeling ‘antsy’, restless & unsettled, weight on your shoulders, overwhelm)
When the ‘dam breaks’ / or the choice is made and acted upon, it’s not unlike whitewater rafting; depending on the impact of your choice(es) on your life. In whitewater rafting, there’s a reason they give everybody a paddle and you don’t just hang on for dear life: it makes a difference!
Like the flow of life, the river will carry you down stream and you will want to influence your path (choices / attitudes / actions).
- It is useless to paddle against the river.
- It is useless hide in the bottom & pretend you are elsewhere
- It is helpful to use whatever tools you have to empower the ride.
Tools: Whereas at the fork, you’d want stillness so you have the clarity to make the best possible choice for you, this time exercise is indicated. Any exercise will do. Walk, hike, bike. Do a sport, yoga, aerobics. Do this within your limits because the energetic aim isn’t actually ‘fitness’ and pushing boundaries, it’s to facilitate the flow.
Challenging energies like doubt, fear & regret can emerge. Fitness is just a byproduct and exercise helps to ‘ground the energy’ and:
- clear your head & refocus your mind
- exhilarate your body & promote flow
- stabilize your emotions & build confidence
Interestingly, this is not a solo energy pattern. The visual reminds me of shingles where a new one starts half-way overlapping with the first. If you keep moving, you will fare much better than if you pause once you make your choice. If you stop, you may feel knocked down by the ‘next wave’.
You probably guessed that this was about more than $$ Money $$. What currencies do you value?
Money, Relationships, Self-Awareness
The constructs around us to do with currency are staggering! Typically they begin with programming from our childhood and upbringing and grow from there. There are dynamics of:
- Wanting to fit in
- Wanting to keep up
- Wanting to be recognized
The problems with these constructs is that there is no fulfillment built into them. Continual striving & external referencing compound the entanglement and make it harder & harder to draw your attention back within.
Various currencies and only some varied meanings include:
- Money: the perception of success, security, prestige, self-worth, freedom
- Relationships: affection, reflection, acknowledgment
- Work: self-sufficiency, responsibility, recognition of competence
It’s not being a consumer or the need for relationships that are the root of the issue, but the Need Driving You. Over time there has been a progression of disconnectedness evolving:
- Originally: Actual commodities in a person : person exchange
- Simplifying: Money system with coins & paper with credits recognized
- Convenience: Card system with lesser awareness of limits
- Global Digital: Signals, numbers, agreements with no items
The disconnect translates to many areas of life where practical limits and personal awareness are incongruent leading to confusion, depression & crisis. Essentially, the 3D reality is governed by 4D entanglements rather than 5D Grace.
- Barbara: De-clutter. “Simplify, simplify, simplify.”
- Nina: Evaluate someone else’s currency and evaluate how to honor that and be true to yourself at the same time.
