Howard truly spoke from the “heart”, I mostly learned some things I tend to forget like that our responses to situations are what affects us most not the situation itself. It is very easy to get caught up in a situation and just listening to Howard’s presentation has made me remember to step back and think about my reaction and what it is doing to me.
