• Reiki is a gentle energetic technique and is simple to learn and integrate into your life. Reiki I is focused on physical healing and the basics. Reiki II includes distance healing and emotional healing. Reiki III includes advanced techniques, meditation and attunement protocols. All levels include both theory and practice.
