… you Ignite the Sacred Feminine within you. Carole shared with us keys to getting in touch with ourselves in deeper ways. This included walking in nature – even taking your shoes off and appreciating the feeling of the dirt. This also included her most important one word answer: BREATHE!

This Feminine aspect is representative of:

• heart centeredness

She had such patience with me as I was trying to figure out the layers of Universal presence down to an Individual level (thank you Carole) and shared with us her personal experience of a Sacred Journey to Mexico to honor and bury crystals in seven (7) Temple sites which would relate to the seven personal chakras.

She also related how the Earth was, in essence, birthing through the Milky Way Galaxy and described how the Earth Kundalini has shifted energetically from the Tibetan Region to Central America. These are critical shifts, which we need to integrate on a personal level, and are marking a global transition. We act as conduits of consciousness to affect the wider well being through our Feelings.

Carole is a *very* heart centered woman who feels through what she needs to do and encourages all who meet her to hold the same level of personal honor. The great thing about this work that although it is based in feeling, the results are visible to you physcially – Your body changes!

Beyond all of Carole’s insights about facial features, the concept that I took away from this call is that understanding yourself is the key to your life. This doesn’t have to be a complicated, subjective, judgmental processs… you just have to look in the mirror.

Carole told us, ‘Your issues are in your tissues,‘ and she went on to describe your bone structure as your blueprint and the soft tissues are your experiences, all of which can be reshaped simply with awareness, breath work, posture & gait.

The approach is quite scientific. Each part of your face represents another aspect of yourself:

• Forehead has to do with your thought processes: are you a thinker or a doer?
• Eyes are the window to the soul and the different colors have special meaning
• Your nose is your personality, and it keeps growing throughout your life
• Your lips are sensual with the upper lip representing your feminine side and the lower lip, the masculine – and can you guess where your intuition is?
• Cheeks are about ambition (her assessment is that in pursuing my ambitions, I will do it softly indicated by my plump cheeks)

Before & After

Another key point is that you need to be at home in your body to be Healthy! I find this to be a truly great statement. Carole gracefully weaves her knowledge of how our levels of consciousness affect our outside appearance, and although the outside is what we more typically notice, it is the inside where the real transformation occurs.

When the subconscious patterns are changed, the way you use your muscles changes, and you actually look different! Younger and more You! I’m amazed.

The results are visible as indicated by this before and after example Carole allowed me to use. It is phenomenal the changes you can see!

It is a self exploration that assists you in understanding yourself & others and you learn how to really use energy in your body to be the best you.
