Change is about to happen!&#8221;</em> This was my favourite insightful comment from this call. The other one was, <em>&#8220;</em><em>I love tiramis<em>u</em></em><em>!&#8221;</em></p>
<h3>The Secret Code of Your Mind</h3>
<p>Exciting, invigorating, hope inspiring&#8230; Eternal, infinite, powerful&#8230; genuine, heart-ful, passionate&#8230; I could go on about this interview!</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">There is a <em><strong>Lifeline FlowChart</strong></em> that Dr Weissman saw when he had an awakening which is the basis of his work. It combines multiple modalities both ancient &amp; modern to be something altogether Unique. It has 16 different steps &amp; the basis is &#8220;<em><strong>Infinite Love &amp; Gratitude</strong></em>&#8220;.</p>
<p>The process is to influence &amp; guide the sub-conscious mind, of each person and act as a bridge to the conscious perception. It is not &#8220;Fix It&#8221; oriented, but honoring and empowering of each person&#8217;s body which is designed to heal, regenerate &amp; be whole.</p>
<p>There are 3 stages of mind:</p>
<ol>
<li>Detoxify the mind</li>
<li>Regenerate the field of the mind</li>
<li>The thriving mind</li>
</ol>
<p>Beyond the mind, we talked about <strong>Infinity</strong>&#8230; Where is it when even my &#8220;happy place&#8221; has a boundary around it? Simply put, it is in the present moment. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>NOW</strong></span>. <em>Now</em> is the time to act, to choose, to take the next step on the journey. <em>Now</em> is the time to activate self-honor and appreciate that it&#8217;s not a &#8217;50 yard dash to enlightenment.&#8217;</p>
<p>He gave us <em>5 basics for optimal health</em> that need to be balanced with <strong>Quantity, Quality &amp; Frequency</strong>: (These are essential acts of self love.)</p>
<ol>
<li>Water</li>
<li>Food</li>
<li>Rest</li>
<li>Exercise</li>
<li>How you own your power</li>
</ol>
<p>Darren gave us a spontaneous &#8220;Cliff notes example&#8221; of a <strong>Lifeline session</strong> and even with this brief sample, it was wonderfully &amp; profoundly contrasted with some negative self-talk to highlight the difference in feel.</p>

<h3>Earth: Plant &amp; Breath</h3>
<p>In keeping with the gratitude theme, I&#8217;ve composed and pre-released a new meditation called Earth: Plant &amp; Breath.</p>
<address style="padding-left: 30px;">It is a <em><strong>Heart</strong></em> centered meditation </address>
<address style="padding-left: 30px;">utilizing <strong><em>color imagery</em></strong> </address>
<address style="padding-left: 30px;">to connect with the Earth in honor and <strong>Breath</strong>.</address>
<p>This pre-release was given in gratitude, via email, to all of those who have supported their Health through my information offerings as tracked in the cart system through downloading either free or sale products.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am grateful for my friend Barbara who joins me in these conversations. I am grateful for this forum in which to grow and expand together.</p>
<h3>It&#8217;s Deeply Personal</h3>
<p>We started out by defining what gratitude is and what it is not.</p>
<ul>
<li>It is an experience through the heart (not the intellect)</li>
<li>Thoughts of gratitude lead to this experience</li>
<li>It is not a type of debt and it has &#8216;no strings attached&#8217;</li>
</ul>
<p>Barb and I believe that everyone has an innate inner desire, from a Soul level to be in a field of gratitude. Physical feelings of stress, pain, tension can add to our feelings of separation if, as Barbara mentioned, we hold that type of attitude. <strong><em>The Gratitude Journal</em></strong>, which was the homework from last month, is a major tool Barbara recommends in her practice for helping people move out of difficult times. It is significant to make a daily practice to gather your energy.</p>
<p>The journal as:</p>
<ul>
<li>a self assessment or monitor</li>
<li>an exercise in perspective</li>
<li>a tool to get to know yourself more deeply</li>
</ul>
<p>Rapport (with yourself) is defining for Gratitude, not the &#8216;appreciation&#8217; of your bank account. This is key for influencing and generating a preferred personal electromagnetic field for attracting things into your life. Given this, quality of life can be a tool to maintain focus since it is key to keeping this concept real and doable&#8230; rather than having it be unreachable.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><em>Barbara shared a magical experience, from which I moved into a <strong>spontaneous guided meditative exercise</strong> that can be used again and again.</em></p>
<p>Gratitude is a core / foundational energetic principle and if honored to your deepest possible level, the impact in your life and the lives of those around you can be beneficially exponential. Here we concluded that, if everybody was invested at this level, World Peace is possible.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your assignment this month</span>:</p>
<p>Take your feeling of Gratitude &amp; offer it creatively within your Community.</p>
