Quantum Touch

Running the energy with focus and breath allows for the entrainment of the energies to a higher frequency so that a person’s body can heal itself. With a smile in his voice, Richard shared that QT uses some sophisticated techniques:

• The ‘Where does it Hurt?’ Technique &
• The ‘Chasing the Pain’ Technique

Unexpected consequences of healing can occur because the practitioner can’t fully know what your body intelligence will do with the higher, supportive energy involved. – It isn’t about what the practitioner knows about you.

Self(s) Healing Experience

This work evolved from word-of-mouth referral about Rhonda’s ability to heal addictions and has translated to her treating, one by one, over 30,000 people over the years, including royalty and celebrities. Part of what makes this experience remarkable is that this is accomplished in a total of about 4 hours over a handful of days. Addictions and other stressors including:

Transformational Breathing

There is a scientific part and a mystical part to this work and the complete movement is critical to healthy breathing and flow…

To do with the science:

• The balance of gasses is critical for health… your CO2 & O2 balance is key
• Anaerobic diseases are being proven to not survive in an oxygenated field… cancer among about 50 others (based on the work of Nobel Prize winner Otto Warburg)
• The physical factor: use of the fullness of the lungs, the diaphragm & other musculature and the flow of movement

From the mystical standpoint, Judith shared that breath works on a vibrational level allowing for the transformation of the cellular memory. She addressed meanings for yawning & sighing & a sleep dynamic. I loved the term “Miracle Consciousness” and the Spiritual perspective over the sensory experience.

Although there are several more, Judith shared 3 typical breathing patterns that are even influenced by our culture:

1. Belly Breathers: Strong will with perseverance but somewhat closed to love ~ about 25% – 30% of people
2. Upper Chest Breathers: Spiritually connected but ungrounded ~ about 20% – 25% of people
3. 2 Types of Middle Breathers: 1) Mid Band Breathers have a separation between heart & will and 2) Mid Section Breathers have perfectionistic belief systems +/- 15%

Judith gave us a 1 minute example and breathing tool to begin Activation and she described how they use this supervised breath for an hour and how it transforms into a process of “It Breathing You.”

Attunement

Reiki III is my favourite level to facilitate because although the content is quite deep and the experience intense, there is a real sense of joy that I notice every time.

Weekend Intensive

This group was very focused and since they came from different Reiki II groups, I have to say I’m impressed with their foundation and perspectives. They are keen and they are generous of Spirit with an open minded and open hearted approach.

They were strongly sensitive to the energies and all were able to perceive to a great degree both personal and external energy dynamics.

Graduates

One of my favorite questions had to do with the concept of ‘Grounding’ and the nature of Earth’s Energy. Beyond that, there were technical concepts explored around process, flow and free will.

They have become skilled at advanced techniques, passing attunements for healing as well as each level. This is a lot to integrate and master in a weekend and they did wonderfully.
