My Story: The Evolution of Perception

Just to set a quick basis for the dimensions as I see them:

• 3D – solid, your body, ‘reality’, choosing place
• 4D – timeline, thoughts, archetypal realities, personality, chaotic, em fields
• 5D – fulfillment, peace, all loving

It seems like Life has unfolded for me in a series of short(ish) stories complete with a lesson & a moral. I continue to learn from them as my Sight evolves. A few highlighted on the call include:

• The mirages and flashes of light seen around people
• Auditory guidance and my path as a healer
• Experiences of communion: At a health expo, on the dance floor & in looking for God

On the more serious side, there have been experiences with death. My favorite is remembering my grampa and using music to assist in recollection. Check this out: A fun “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” game on Bobby McFerrin’s site.

Instructions on posing inquiry to the Universe are shared with an emphasis on curiosity and your unique perspective. It is also important to look to the furthest point of reference regarding intention, rather than nit-picking.

Influencing factors include instruction around and information by Joshua David Stone as well as the book Initiation by Elisabeth Haich. All of the highlights shared are special to me and more detailed descriptions will come with my book. You wouldn’t necessarily think that metaphysical insight could come from these:

1. Running to the train & being pulled over by 6 cops
2. Meeting strangers, addicts & murderers
3. Client feedback: I’ve logged well over 5,000 treatment hours (thank you)
4. Being ticked off at the Universe – now recognized as rapid incoming learning

Spirit & Energy & Empowerment

Nan is a wonderful interviewer and we started at the beginning… From having no real career vision to moving into massage and on from there. This transition was important for me in the evolution of my intuitive practice and ultimately the development of Layers of Health as a series and Spirit & Energy in particular.

As a Wealth Magnetizing Coach, Nan has a perfect perspective in the dynamics of how the energy flow occurs in transformation and I shared my perspective on the inner, deeper essence and how people seem to be seeking that fulfilling essence.

To do with those energy dynamics, I shared what people look like to me and this includes my 3D eyes as well as insight. You are to me:

• A constellation of stars
• A Divine essence
• The auric dynamics

It was fun to touch upon the concept of “positive-selfishness” in the sense of Self Empowerment and we talked about what it means to put yourself first in consideration.

There was a quick exercise on feeling your electromagnetic field in your hands and also a heart centered, grounding and aligning meditation done in this time.

We discussed the nature of Truth and getting behind perceived truths to the center or the place beyond – where there isn’t the struggle. Concepts of responsibility and the meandering path of the 4th Dimension (the puppet strings) versus the direct route straight from the 5th Dimension into this moment.

The challenges? Our past challenges. Responsibility. Change. The Unknown. Habits.

What does the healing feel like? Gratitude. Like a smile. Ease. Freedom. Love.

How do you get there? That’s up to you: Athletics. Meditation. Movement. Healing. Honoring Yourself!

Managing 4D: Creating Context

I have some basic beliefs:

• Do your best, that way you won’t have regrets.
• There is always a way, even when things seem impossible.
• You are not just important, but critical to all of Existence.
• Be true to yourself and embrace this as a special brand of selfishness.
• Be flexible so that you can grow most easily into your Higher Purpose.
• Time is a tool so use it to strengthen your sense of self.

It doesn’t seem revolutionary to me in theory, but in practice this can be one of the hardest things to do – that is to be you in the fullest, greatest and most powerful way!

** Your life compass can only be accessed from within and it is important to hold all external advice, references, information up to the light of what you know to be right for you.

** Your life mission can only be delivered by you and so it is important for you to be able to move past the blocks that can seem to be insurmountable.

** Your truth and your path is unique to you and so knowing what to believe, who to believe and to what degree is going to have to be a personal journey.

Intuitive Awareness: Creating Context

When tapping into your intuition, look for a clear, full feeling; like a fresh morning on a summer’s day. This is the feeling I look for when looking at people  or in making my decisions.

Paraphrasing some listener questions:

• How do you know you are on the right path?
• How do you know what is your real Truth?
• What is our Higher Vision as far as our treatment modalities in helping clients?
• How can healers best use the internet for heart centered work?
• I experience different sensation when meditating. Is that meaningful?

Honoring where you are on your path is critical because that is where you have to start. From there, you factor in multiple dimensional perspectives.

The biggest challenge in our lives is to maintain our Truest sense of ourselves while expressing that through the very aspect of ourselves that can seem to take us off course. And each person’s Truth is unique to them and that Truth is the key to fulfillment, not your career or anything else.

There are exercises included:

• A breathing exercise to activate you at your core
• Drawing a vertical dimensional scale

People often blame themselves for their path not being as anticipated, but blame doesn’t apply from the realm of the Truth. If you are still working on recognizing your Truth, you can  look for clues like synchronistic events.

I recommend a positive type of selfishness for healthy perspective and the Context Class to help you make sense of it all.
